About the author
Dorah Sitole has various degrees in the cooking field, including nutrition science and pastry. She received a “Le-cordon-bleu” training as a cook at the Merle Mobsby School of Cooking and is a member of the Professional Culinary Association. She has been working as an editor for True Love Magazine for over 10 years. Dorah Sitole speaks six languages: English, Zulu, South Sotho, Xhosa, Ndebele and Afrikaans - and is therefore like no other able to select and try out original recipes. She is the author of a large number of specialist articles and cookbooks on African kitchens.
