This beautiful mask is a real asset for any apartment. It was created by an artist from the Chokwe tribe, which is living in Angola, Zambia and the DR Congo.
In the traditional religion of Chokwe, Kalunga is the creator and the supreme power. There are also various ancestral and natural spirits that occur in possession cults. Thanks to their religion, the Chokwe have produced many fascinating works of art, especially masks and wooden sculptures.
This mask is a wedding mask for ceremonies with one partner from Angola, the other one from the Congo. A gorgeous African decoration and a real eye-catcher for your home.
