Wide savannas, pulsating cities, wild coastal landscapes - South Africa is more varied than any other country in the world!

This diversity is also reflected in the kitchen. The influences from Europe, India and the Caribbean are a unique culinary journey into the fascinating region of the rainbow nation.

Braai, Snoek, Chakalaka or milking tart are therefore a pleasure at home. The more than 90 authentic recipes from stews to fish and meat dishes to desserts are adapted to everyday cuisine, the ingredients are also available in the local supermarket and the preparation methods are explained step by step.
